Who we are
Aisatsu LLC operates dramatoric.com and publishes games including Jury Room. This notice covers our project website and games that link to it. Contact help@aisatsu.co about privacy. Independently published games using the Dramatoric engine have their own practices.
Play stays on your device
Our games use authored rules and procedural systems in your browser. We do not operate an LLM or AI service, collect private gameplay input, or require an account or payment. What you type is processed locally. Settings, age-gate acceptance, and saved games live only in your browser's localStorage; we do not synchronize them to a server.
You can remove that data using your browser's site-data controls. It stays until you clear it, the game overwrites or removes it, or your browser removes it. Private browsing or storage restrictions can prevent saving. We cannot access, export, or recover your local saves for you. Other people with access to your device or browser profile may be able to see them.
Our sites use no cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking pixels. The static project pages do not use localStorage; game localStorage is for the functions described above.
Optional speech
Text-to-speech is handled by your browser or operating system. Local voices can work on the device; cloud-backed voices may send spoken lines, including any player input those lines contain, to the browser vendor or its speech provider. That provider determines its processing, retention, and other practices under its own policy. We do not receive those speech requests. Keep speech disabled if you do not want to use that processing, or choose a voice your vendor identifies as local.
Website delivery and external links
Our sites and game files are hosted on Amazon Web Services CloudFront and S3. Loading them, including game-card images from a linked game's website, sends standard request data such as your IP address, user agent, requested URL, timing, and potentially a referring page. AWS may process this information for delivery, reliability, and security. Offline gameplay does not require sending your dialogue to our hosting.
Links to GitHub and other external sites take you to services with their own privacy policies. We do not embed GitHub tracking scripts. Following a link or voluntarily posting a screenshot, stream, or report can disclose information to that service and its audience.
When you contact us
If you email support or send a copyright or abuse report, we receive what you choose to send, such as your email address, message, and attachments. We use it to answer, investigate, handle legal requests, and protect rights and safety. Avoid sending passwords, sensitive personal information, or other people's private information. Gameplay input reaches us only if you choose to include it in a message or report.
Use, sharing, and retention
We use the limited information described here to deliver and secure our sites, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use private gameplay to train models. Hosting and communications providers may process information on our behalf. We may disclose relevant records where legally required or necessary to protect rights, investigate abuse, or resolve a dispute.
We keep support and report records only as long as needed to resolve the matter, protect legal rights, and meet legal obligations. Delivery and security records may be retained by our hosting provider according to its configuration and applicable obligations. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for provider records. A legal preservation requirement may require longer retention. Local game data is retained under your browser's control, and external speech providers govern their own records.
Providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply. A business transfer involving our records remains subject to applicable law and the commitments governing those records.
Your choices and rights
You can clear local site data, disable speech, choose what to share, and contact help@aisatsu.co to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights available where you live. Depending on your location, these may include portability, restriction, objection, or a complaint to your local data-protection authority. We may need enough information to verify and locate a request, and may retain information where law requires or permits it. We do not retaliate for exercising privacy rights.
Where a legal basis is required, we process information as needed to provide what you request, pursue legitimate interests in secure delivery and support, comply with legal obligations, or obtain consent where required. We cannot identify or delete local gameplay records we never receive; your browser controls those records.
Adults, security, and changes
Our games are for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact help@aisatsu.co so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
No device, network, or storage system is completely secure. Protect your browser profile and review screenshots or streams before sharing. Updates to this notice carry a new effective date. We provide further notice or seek consent when required; changes do not retroactively authorize materially different uses without legally required notice or consent.
