Terms of Use and Software License
Effective 2026-09-20 · Aisatsu LLC · Version 2026-09-20-f9f2ce4387cc
Your agreement with Aisatsu LLC
These Terms of Use and Software License are an agreement between you and Aisatsu LLC. They cover Jury Room, the Dramatoric websites and account service, and other games and services that identify these Terms as their agreement. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Aisatsu LLC. A game’s name identifies the product, not a separate contracting company. Aisatsu LLC is a Delaware limited liability company.
You must be at least 18 years old and a United States resident to create an account and use the online game services. By checking the acceptance box, you agree to these Terms. You may browse our public websites and read these Terms without creating an account. Keep your sign-in secure; contact support if you suspect unauthorized use.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information. Acknowledging that notice is not permission for unrelated marketing or a waiver of your privacy rights.
Software license and your game
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to install and use our downloadable games on devices you control and to make personal modifications to the files the game makes available for editing. You may keep backup copies. This license does not transfer ownership of our software, artwork, characters, or other protected material.
You may not sell or redistribute our game or its standalone assets, bypass access or payment controls, or present a modification as an official release without permission. These restrictions do not limit rights granted by a third-party or open-source license, rights in your own original work, or rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict. Third-party notices supplied with a game identify applicable licenses.
AI gameplay requires an internet connection, a supported account, and available play credit or sponsorship. A download does not include unlimited AI usage or a promise of perpetual online service. We may update software and supported devices or change or discontinue features. Personal modifications may not work with updates. If we permanently discontinue paid gameplay, we will provide a way to request a refund of unused purchased credit.
AI and fictional entertainment
You interact with AI characters, not human jurors, advisers, or support staff. AI generates dialogue, case details, and other game material and can produce inaccurate, offensive, repetitive, or unexpected results. Responses do not represent Aisatsu LLC’s views. We do not guarantee any particular response, outcome, or accuracy.
Jury Room is fictional entertainment. It is not legal advice, a statement of how an actual court or jury operates, or jury training. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, emergency, or other real-world professional decisions. Avoid entering sensitive personal information, passwords, or confidential information. See the Privacy Policy for processing and sharing of gameplay input.
Play credit, usage, and payments
Play credit is prepaid access to AI services, denominated in US dollars. The balance is shared across participating games. Each top-up is a one-time purchase from Aisatsu LLC, processed by Stripe. There is no subscription or automatic top-up. Checkout shows the price and applicable taxes before you pay.
Purchased credit does not expire. Credit cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except through the refunds described here or as required by law. Promotional and sponsored credit may have conditions disclosed when offered and cannot be refunded for cash.
Usage cost varies with the AI model, input and output, voice generation, and other processing needed to run the game. A top-up does not buy a fixed number of cases or hours. We may temporarily reserve credit before a request, then charge for processing and release any unused reservation after settlement. Work already performed may consume credit even if you close the game, lose your connection, dislike a response, or a later step fails. A failed request with no billable provider work should not consume credit; contact support about an incorrect or duplicate charge.
We may change rates for future usage and prices for future purchases. A price change does not reduce the dollar balance already purchased. You choose whether to continue using the service. We may pause paid requests when credit is insufficient or a provider is unavailable.
Refunds and account closure
Request a refund of unused purchased credit within 14 days of purchase by contacting support with the email on your account and the payment receipt. We return an approved refund to the original payment method and deduct the refunded credit from your balance. Consumed credit and promotional credit are not refundable except where law requires otherwise. Statutory consumer rights apply even when they provide more protection than this policy.
Suspension or termination does not automatically forfeit legitimately purchased unused credit. Contact support to resolve the balance. We may withhold or reverse credit arising from fraud, a reversed payment, a chargeback, or a legal obligation, and will not refund the same payment twice.
Before deleting your account, request any refund you want reviewed. Deletion removes sign-in access and links to your wallet; it is not itself a refund request and does not waive applicable refund rights. Keep your payment receipt so support can identify a purchase after deletion.
Your content and publishing
You retain whatever rights you lawfully hold in your input, uploads, and other content. We do not promise that AI-generated material is copyrightable, exclusive to you, or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for having the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, likeness, voice, and other permissions needed for content you provide.
For content you submit privately for processing, you grant us only the rights needed to receive, store, process, secure, moderate, and operate the service using our service providers.
Uploading games and sharing recordings through our publishing tools requires publisher approval. Hosted releases and recordings can be accessible to people with their links, including before they appear in a public directory. Do not upload content you intend to keep confidential. Sharing a playthrough can expose your typed dialogue and the generated responses.
When you intentionally upload content for sharing or publish it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, format, cache, display, perform, and distribute that content to operate the service and to show public excerpts when promoting that content or the service. We may allow service providers to exercise these rights on our behalf. Other users may play or watch it through the service. Publication alone does not grant permission to fork, remix, or redistribute it outside that use; any broader permission must come from the rights holder.
You can unpublish a game to stop its public listing. Unpublishing is not deletion of hosted files or downloaded copies. Contact support to request removal of hosted content or a shared recording. Copies already downloaded, independently shared, or cached by others may persist. Our license continues only as needed for copies legitimately shared while public, routine backups, legal obligations, and resolving disputes.
Gameplay videos and screenshots
For game material we own, we permit you to publish and monetize ordinary gameplay videos, screenshots, reviews, and livestreams. You may not redistribute standalone game assets, imply our endorsement, or use this permission to violate someone else’s rights. Material supplied by another creator or under a third-party license remains subject to that rights holder’s permissions.
Acceptable use and moderation
Mature fictional themes are permitted within the game’s rules. Do not use the service for illegal content; sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate material; real-person harassment, threats, or doxxing; deceptive impersonation; infringement; scams; malware; payment abuse; or attempts to compromise, overload, or bypass the service or its safeguards.
We use automated screening on AI requests and selected sharing pathways and may review reported content. Screening is imperfect and is not a guarantee that every upload, image, or generated response has been checked or is safe. We may restrict access, reject or remove content, suspend accounts, or preserve relevant records to operate the service, address abuse, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. Reports can be sent to support. We do not promise continuous human monitoring or emergency response.
Copyright complaints
Our designated copyright agent is listed below. Send a notice identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and information sufficient to locate it, your contact details, and your physical or electronic signature. Include a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner.
We act expeditiously on valid notices and notify the affected uploader when appropriate. If your content was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent with your signature, the material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury of that good-faith belief, and your name, address, and telephone number. Include consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or, if outside the United States, a federal district where we may be found, and agreement to accept service from the original claimant or their agent.
We forward valid counter-notices to the claimant. Under the DMCA process, we generally restore material between 10 and 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless we receive notice of a qualifying court action. Material may remain restricted for an independent violation of these Terms or law. Knowingly materially false notices or counter-notices can create liability. We reasonably implement a policy of terminating repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Ending access and changes
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account through account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, fraud, security risks, or legal requirements. When reasonable, we provide notice and a way to contact support about the decision; immediate action may be necessary. Refund rights are described above.
We identify each Terms version and its effective date. Material changes require affirmative acceptance before further AI use, purchases, uploads, or publication. You can decline and still access support, refund requests, account export, deletion, and unpublishing. Changes do not retroactively authorize unrelated uses of previously collected personal information.
Provisions that by their nature need to survive termination, including payment reconciliation, applicable content licenses, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions, continue to apply.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any particular AI output. Third-party sign-in, payment, hosting, and AI services can fail or change.
To the extent permitted by law, Aisatsu LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or lost data, arising from the software or services. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to them is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us for the services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability or remedy that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. Your non-waivable consumer rights remain intact. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, subject to those rights and the refund provisions above.
Resolving issues and contacting us
Please contact support so we can try to resolve a problem. Doing so is not a condition to exercising a legal right or meeting a legal deadline. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive participation in a class action.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms govern the covered services together with any specific permissions we expressly give you; third-party licenses remain applicable to their own material.
