Who we are and what this notice covers

Aisatsu LLC operates Dramatoric and publishes Jury Room. This Privacy Policy covers the websites, shared account and play-credit service, and games that link to this notice. It describes both private gameplay processing and optional publishing. Contact details appear below.

Information we collect

Account information includes your Google account identifier and verified email, optional profile information you supply, linked device identifiers, and records of your agreement to our Terms and age and eligibility attestation. We use these to authenticate you, operate the shared account, and record permissions. We do not receive your Google password.

The game sends gameplay input and relevant story context for AI generation and automated moderation. This can include your typed dialogue, character information, game state, and generated responses. Voice generation sends the text to be spoken to a voice provider. The game may save playthroughs and preferences locally on your device; those files remain under your control unless you choose to upload them.

Payment records include purchase identifiers, amounts, currency, transaction status, and credit usage. Stripe collects payment details and any billing or tax information needed for checkout. We receive payment references and status, not your full card number.

When you upload a game or share a playthrough, we receive its source files, assets, descriptive information, and recording. Shared recordings can contain your input. Support and copyright reports contain the information you send and our handling of the request.

Operational records can include IP addresses, request identifiers, device or browser information supplied with requests, timing, model names, usage quantities, error information, and moderation outcomes. We use these to secure and debug the service, prevent fraud and abuse, and account for usage. Routine application diagnostics are designed to exclude gameplay prompt and response text.

How information is used and shared

We use information to provide gameplay, manage accounts and balances, process payments and refunds, deliver support, moderate content, investigate abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

AI generation may run through OpenRouter or directly with an AI provider; voice and moderation processing can use separate providers. OpenAI provides automated text moderation. These services receive the content needed for their processing. Configured voice providers include DeepInfra and ElevenLabs. Google verifies sign-in, Stripe processes payments, and Amazon Web Services hosts service data. Provider processing may take place in the United States or other countries.

We do not train our own AI models on private gameplay content. We restrict OpenRouter routing to providers that do not use requests for training. Direct provider routes and moderation services have their own retention and abuse-monitoring terms. No-training does not mean zero storage: providers may retain information for security or legal requirements. We do not promise universal zero retention. If you supply your own provider key, that provider account’s terms and settings also apply.

We may disclose relevant information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or resolve a dispute. A business transfer may involve service records, subject to applicable law and the commitments governing those records.

Public content and cookies

Public profiles and published games can be seen by others. Hosted releases and shared recordings may be accessible to anyone with their links even without a directory listing. Downloaded or independently copied content may remain available after you unpublish it. Review what a recording contains before sharing it.

We use cookies and local storage for sign-in, security, linking game sessions, and preferences. Google and Stripe use their own technologies when you use their services. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent sign-in or payment. This notice does not describe an advertising-cookie consent program because we do not use the service for behavioral advertising.

Retention

We keep account and profile information while your account exists. Deleting your account removes its email, sign-in links, profile, stored provider key, and device-account links from active account storage. It unpublishes your games; it does not by itself erase every hosted release, shared recording, payment record, or file saved on your device. Contact support to request removal of hosted material.

Cached AI responses are available for retry for 24 hours. Expired cache records are queued for automatic deletion, which can take several additional days. Minimal request and billing records can remain without the response text to prevent duplicate processing and charges.

Routine operational logs are retained for 30 days. Automated abuse scores are retained for 90 days after the latest incident. Database recovery backups can retain deleted service data for up to 35 days. Restored data remains subject to deletion requests.

We retain purchase, usage, and refund records as needed to maintain nonexpiring balances and meet accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations. Acceptance evidence is retained for up to 7 years. Support, copyright, and abuse-investigation records are kept as long as needed to resolve the matter and protect legal rights. Records subject to a legal preservation obligation may be kept longer. Provider retention is governed by each provider’s applicable terms and settings.

Your choices and requests

Account settings let you export account information and available transaction and publishing records, update your profile, and delete your account. The export is not a copy of every internal security record or file stored on your device. You can access export, deletion, and support even if you decline updated Terms.

Contact support to request access, correction, deletion, or information about other privacy rights available where you live. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where required or permitted by law. We do not retaliate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. Keep receipts if you may need help with a purchase after account deletion.

Adults, security, and updates

Accounts and online gameplay are intended for United States residents aged 18 or older. Do not create an account if you are under 18. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We use access controls, encrypted network connections, and other safeguards appropriate to the service, but no system is completely secure. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information or another person’s private information.

We identify updates by the effective date and provide additional notice or request consent when required. An update does not retroactively authorize a materially different use of previously collected information without any notice or consent required by law.
